This is my favorite one... People think they are safe now that they eliminated meat and poultry out of there diet. I have news for you....fish is more dangerous then meat and Poultry.

The highest rate of osteoporosis on the planet is found in Eskimo women because of the fatty fish they eat.
Fish can contain mercury, lead, parasites, toxins, ciguatera poisoning( most common), salmonella, hepatitis A and various intestinal viruses. The poison is not destroyed by freezing, salting, drying or cooking.
This explains why the rates of breast and testicular cancer have soared in humans. Fish contains the same artery clogging fat as meat and poultry. Fish carry more parasites than any other source.

Meat:
What we get from red meat in addition to a coronary thrombosis caused by to much fat, we get excess protein, which can cause tumors, create stones, obesity, indigestible waste that clogs the digestive system. promote impotence in men, antibiotic resistant bacteria and E. coli bacteria, which contaminates meat when the cows feces splatter during slaughter.

Poultry:
It contains just as much fat as red meat because the muscle of any animal contains fat.

Contain 6 substances that can creates imbalance and disease within the human body.

Bovine protein, butterfat, lactose sugar, chemical contaminants, bovine leukemia viruses and bovine growth hormones. That creates chronic running nose, persistent sore throat, hoarseness, bronchitis and recurring ear infections. (that's why a high percentage of children suffer from ear infection)

Is a high fat fluid exclusively designed for turning a 65 pound calf into a 400 pound cow in the first year.
High fat food creates clogs arteries throughout the body.
#1. If fat builds up in the arteries going to the brain, you will suffer a stroke.
#2. If fat builds up in the arteries going to the kidney, you'll suffer kidney failure.
#3. If fat builds up in the aorta it takes blood from the heart down to the abdomen and legs, the artery walls become damaged and the high pressure causes the blood vessel to balloon causing aneurysm that lead to emergency surgery or death.
#4. If the fat clogs the arteries going to the heart, you will suffer chest pain called angina and if it clogs the artery completely, you will have a heart attack.

You will never see these diseases in living food vegans.

Do you know what causes Osteoporosis?

It is not Calcium deficiency. It is a disease of excess protein.
Animal and dairy products are full of sulfur-rich protein. Sulfur makes extra acid in the body and as it washes through the bones, they dissolve calcium that eliminate through the urine. So high protein diets causes a calcium imbalance and robs our bones of strength.

WHY ORGANIC?

According to the United Nations, raising animals for food is “one of the top two most significant contributors to the most serious environmental problems, at every scale from local to global. Livestock’s contribution to environmental problems is on a massive scale.

Conventional farming practices are destroying the environment in a number of ways including, toxic waste released from factory farms, Anti-biotic resistant strains of bacteria from the use of growth hormones, water contamination from pesticides, unpredictable effects of genetic modification and soil erosion. Not only are the outputs of conventional farming damaging but so too are the enormous quantities of inputs required. Nearly half of the nation's  water supply and approximately 80 percent of its agricultural land is dedicated to raising animals for food. Couple that with the absorbent amount of fuel used for electricity, crop growth and meat transportation and storage and it is no wonder a third of United States' raw materials get consumed by the mass production of animals each year.

Human Health
Factory farms have been found to cause a host of human health conditions. Ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methane, volatile organic compounds and particulate matter from fecal dust are all emitted into the atmosphere through animal waste. These have caused respiratory problems, bacterial infection with anti-biotic resistance, miscarriages or birth defects, brain damage and depression in humans in and around farms. The amount of waste from farm animals is 130 times that of the entire U.S. population. In other words, factory farms generate approximately 89,000 pounds of waste per second. Considering animal waste is 160 times more toxic than that of humans and without any federal waste regulations or treatment system, it is to no surprise that human and environmental health are suffering. (GoVeg.com)

The Senate Agricultural Committee reported animal waste to be "untreated and unsanitary, bubbling with chemicals and diseased organisms… It goes onto the soil and into the water that many people will, ultimately, bathe in and wash their clothes with and drink. It is poisoning rivers and killing fish and making people sick.

Eight hundred million pounds of synthetic pesticides, herbicides and insecticides are used each year. Rain and ice melt wash these chemicals away causing most of the groundwater pollution and endanger the world's food supply.

One in four developmental and behavioral problems in children are linked to to genetic and environmental factors such as exposure to lead, mercury and organophosphate pesticides. "Pesticides pose special concerns to children because of their high metabolisms and low body weights. More than one million children between the ages of one and five ingest at least fifteen pesticides every day from fruits and vegetables. More than 600,000 of these children eat a dose of organophosphate insecticides that the federal government considers unsafe, and 61,000 eat doses that exceed benchmark levels by a factor of ten or more.

Organic Definition

The United States Division of Agriculture (USDA) defines Organic food as the following:
Organic food is produced by farmers who emphasize the use of renewable resources and the conservation of soil and water to enhance environmental quality for future generations.  Organic meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products come from animals that are given no antibiotics or growth hormones.  Organic food is produced without using most conventional pesticides; fertilizers made with synthetic ingredients or sewage sludge; bioengineering; or ionizing radiation.  Before a product can be labeled "organic," a Government-approved certifier inspects the farm where the food is grown to make sure the farmer is following all the rules necessary to meet USDA organic standards.  Companies that handle or process organic food before it gets to your local supermarket or restaurant must be certified.

Cacao contains a naturally rich supply of antioxidants, and is also an excellent source of dietary fiber. In addition, cacao is known to be one of the highest dietary sources of magnesium, contains an impressively high iron content, and also possesses many other essential minerals in significant quantities.
