Juicing

Juicing is far more effective and better than chewing your food. As we know our body is made up of red and white blood cells. Drinking healthy nutrients require little digestion, and are quickly absorbed into our body, drinking Juice break down toxic elements such as pesticides, drugs and other chemicals from stored fat, and releases diseased tissues and their cellular products into the circulation for elimination. Also, new cell growth is stimulated and accelerated, as the required proteins are re-synthesized from decomposed cells.   

Juicing is one of the healthiest things that you can do for your body. The liquid of the juice is actually a source of natural water that can do wonders to hydrate the body. Not only that, but the juice will provide you with vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and proteins carbohydrates necessary for your body to function. Fresh juice not only tastes good but it contains the key elements to good health including enzymes, flavonoids, chlorophyll and carotenes.
