Chef Sara Siso is serious about raw and vegan food. A self-described "master raw food coach," she crusades across the Valley as a personal chef, an instructor for all aspects of eating from shopping for ingredients to cooking, and as a creator of recipes as radical as raw vegan sushi (wasabi nut pate with cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, sprouts and arugula wrapped in nori).
